Dinkchela Pickleball Festival
An activation that spilled from the street all the way into the mall.
Most sports activations stop at a court and some banners. Functional, but it does not give people a reason to stay longer than they need to. Dinkchela was not that kind of event — and La Memoria Event made sure the space was not that kind of experience either.
For Malaysia’s first pickleball festival at Starhill KL, we built an activation that extended from the street all the way inside the mall. Outside, a bold blue-and-yellow court setup stopped pedestrians before they even reached the entrance. Inside, vendor booths, interactive zones, and a fully branded blue staircase turned the entire space into one cohesive experience.
At the peak of it all, a balloon arch in blue, yellow, and white burst open with confetti as the crowd filled every corner of the floor. The space did not just host the event — it became an event.
